  1. It is important to match up goals by understanding customers needs. It can be difficult at times to quantify social media performance, and guess it is truly dependent upon what you are trying to gain with use of the various social media. Article provided a good example of saving money when they are few customer service calls. You really have to match customers need then implement in manner that can clearly measure performance of social campaigns.
