Pricing to gain new (and repeat) customers…

Great post by Seth Godin today about how to benefit your customer to gain repeat business. One point Seth skipped that’s worth repeating is how online business has created price transparency. Not only do people expect free shipping, as Seth points out, but also they can find free shipping somewhere else easily. Not only will you lose on repeat customers, you’ll rarely get them as first time customers either.
