  1. Tnooz reports on Google’s tips for better user experience on travel sites, says “see, think, do, care.” Excellent framework, especially given what these 5 key facts about mobile, millennials, and hotel marketing tell us about the future of travel.
  2. While we’re on the topic of millennials, nSight for Travel offers up 10 things you need to know about millennial travelers. Good read.
  3. A cool infographic from Tnooz looks at Airport experience and digital travel by 2018. Continuing with insights from airlines, another Tnooz article talks with airline industry chiefs on Uber, Google and distribution generally, which offers an excellent complement to this look at how Google, Uber, and Foursquare plan to revolutionize travel.
  4. A couple of recent items here on Thinks explain why hotel marketing depends on personalization and offer this presentation on “Using Data to Put Personalization to Work for Your Property.” Be sure to check out both.
